Come join us at Forsyth County's Second Annual Ladies First Half Marathon/5k Run. This Race will be an exciting run through Fowler Park. There will be electronic mile markers (thru your phone) telling you how much farther you have, and a little encouragement along the way as well. Rest stops will have all the nutrition you need to keep you going including Gatorade, water and a variety of snacks. There will be awards and refreshments at the end of the race. So kick off those high heals and put on your running shoes for this awesome event! And for the guys? Men can register and support the special women in their lives.

-a free drink and appetizers at a selected restaurant at the Experience Avalon(after packet pickup)

THE LADIES FIRST CYCLING FESTIVAL AND THE LADIES FIRST 10K HUSTLE IS PART OF THE LADIES FIRST HALF MARATHON AND 5K (JUNE 11TH FOR ALL LADIES FIRST EVENTS ON THE SAME COURSE)
The run will start at Fowler Park located in Cumming Ga. Seventy five percent of the run will be on the parks concrete path. Hydration stations will be located every two miles.
Awards
Top Overall for 5k and Half Marathon.Other awards will depend on the depth of the field in each age group. Must be 4 deep in each age groups to receive an award.
All finishers will receive a medal
Overall masters female winner: Grand Masters winner Senior Grand Masters winner Age Divisions 10-14, 15-20, 20-25, 26-31, 32-37, 38-43, 44-49, 50-55, 56-61, 62-67, 68-73, 74-79. Amenities Top of the line Dri Fit shirt with logo($20 Value). Hydration and food stations every mile. Food and refreshments in the morning and a lunch special at a pre-selected food vendor.

Shirts guaranteed until June 1st registration. Register early because you won't want to miss out on this dri-fit shirt. We are working on setting up a register that will allow you order a short sleeve or long sleeve. You won't find a running shirt like this one at any other race.
